Dean Zusmer is the Founder & Spokesperson of 305-INJURED and is the Director of Growth & Partnerships at OneCallLegal, where he focuses on strategic growth initiatives, marketing systems, technology, partnerships, and business development.
Before launching 305-INJURED, Dean spent more than two decades as a chiropractic physican, helping thousands of patients recover from accident-related injuries and to navigate the often-confusing process that follows a serious accident. That firsthand experience gives him a unique understanding of what injured individuals and their families need during a difficult and uncertain time.
As Mr. 305-INJURED, Dean is building a trusted South Florida injury brand that helps accident victims understand their options, take the right next steps, and connect with experienced legal representation. Dean also writes the Mr. 305-INJURED Journal, where he shares insights on accidents, injuries, recovery, relationships, growth, and life in Miami.
Crystal Zusmer
Owner & CEO, 305-INJURED LLC
Crystal Zusmer is the Owner & CEO of 305-INJURED LLC and the voice behind Mrs. 305-INJURED. A graduate of East Carolina University with a background in marketing and public relations, Crystal has spent decades working alongside her husband, Dean, supporting the growth and marketing of his chiropractic practice while serving as a compassionate patient advocate.
Through years of hands-on experience, she has helped injured individuals and their families navigate the difficult period following an accident, connecting them with appropriate chiropractic care and trusted legal advocacy. Her experience has given her a deep understanding of the recovery process and the importance of making people feel informed, supported, and cared for every step of the way.
Today, Crystal brings that experience to 305-INJURED, helping build a trusted South Florida injury brand focused on guiding accident victims toward the resources and support they need. Through Mrs305Injured.com, she shares her perspective on recovery, community, and helping families through life’s unexpected challenges.
David Seltzer, Esq.
Managing Partner, OneCallLegal
David Seltzer is the Managing Partner of OneCallLegal and an accomplished attorney with more than two decades of legal experience. A 2004 graduate of the University of Miami School of Law, he began his career as a prosecutor with the Miami-Dade State Attorney’s Office, gaining extensive trial experience, including work in the Cyber Crimes Unit.
David later founded his law firm on a client-first philosophy and built a reputation for handling complex, high-stakes matters in state and federal courts. His criminal defense practice has included cybercrime, digital forensics, sophisticated investigations, and federal prosecutions. Having worked on both sides of the courtroom, he brings a distinctive strategic perspective to every case.
Known for relentless advocacy, creative legal strategies, and an unwillingness to accept “no” for an answer, David is often the attorney clients and colleagues turn to when the stakes are highest.
As Managing Partner, David is involved in every aspect of OneCallLegal, including firm leadership, case strategy, client service, operations, and growth. Menachem “Mendy” Mayberg is a Founding Partner of OneCallLegal with more than 25 years of legal experience. A 1999 cum laude graduate of the University of Miami School of Law, Mendy began his career as a Miami-Dade Public Defender, where he developed the courtroom instincts and advocacy skills that continue to shape his civil litigation practice.
As a founding partner, Mendy has played an integral role in the firm’s growth and development into a dynamic, full-service law firm serving clients throughout Florida and across the United States. He now oversees the firm’s civil practice, representing clients in high-stakes litigation, complex business disputes, contract matters, and strategic legal advising.
Known for persuasive writing, sharp legal analysis, and a practical, no-nonsense approach, Mendy is a trusted advisor to individuals, entrepreneurs, and business owners. Eric Katz is a Partner at OneCallLegal and a dedicated Florida personal injury attorney. A graduate of Hofstra Law School, Suzanne began her legal career with the Miami-Dade State Attorney’s Office, where she handled complex, high-volume cases, including work in a specialized insurance fraud unit. Her background as a prosecutor provides a strong foundation in investigation, evidence analysis, courtroom strategy, and client advocacy.
Today, her practice focuses on civil litigation and client advocacy, and she assists with complex personal injury matters requiring careful analysis and determined representation. Fluent in Spanish, Suzanne is known for listening carefully, connecting with clients, and fighting tenaciously to pursue the best possible result while keeping them informed, supported, and confident throughout the legal process.
